Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Specialist

The ideal candidate will oversee the operation and maintenance of all building systems, ensuring they are functioning efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues related to building systems and equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure optimal functioning of facilities.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance service.
  • Monitor energy usage and implement strategies to improve energy efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental policies.
  • Prepare and manage project plans, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations and resolve them efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support operations and address facility-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Licensed Electrical/Mechanical Engineer certification required.
  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a retail or commercial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be available to work in a rotating schedule.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in projects within Metro Manila.
