We are looking for a skilled Senior Quality Metrics Specialist to join our team at GA Nexuz Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and metrics analysis, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Measure and maintain global quality metrics through executive dashboards and reports
  2. Develop templates from initial technical design through to implementation
  3. Liaise with internal clients, taking briefs and taking responsibility on accurately and delivery of work on-time
  4. Follow standards for branded materials such as internally produced covers, brochures and standard graphics for use in presentations
  5. Manage own workflow of incoming work and support other team members where necessary
  6. Work closely with the internal client/team in a professional and helpful manner at all time
  7. Ensure a smooth hand-over of work where applicable
  8. Procuring, verifying and monitoring the information for all kinds of corporate actions transactions and payments based on the information from the bank's internal and external data providers
