Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative/Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality technical support to users, addressing system and database-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze user requests and run SQL queries to retrieve or update data as needed.
  • Evaluate complex database or system issues and escalate them to Level 2/3 support teams when necessary.
  • Monitor database health and alert logs to identify potential problems.
  • Document common issues and troubleshooting steps in a knowledge base for future reference.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical users.
  • Recommend hardware and software solutions to meet customer needs.

Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, including creating queries, updates, and troubleshooting errors.
  • Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Understanding of relational database concepts and structures.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and basic system troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems (an advantage).
  • Availability to work regular business hours (8:30am to 5:30pm Manila Time) and a hybrid setup, potentially transitioning to full onsite work at our office in Makati City.
