  • Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Answering Incoming Calls: Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Providing Product Information: Provide accurate information regarding our products and services to customers.
  • Resolving Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Documenting Interactions: Document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Meeting Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and handle time.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
