Job Title: Technical Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced leader to head and grow a team of Python developers working remotely in global locations.

  • The ideal candidate will oversee the hiring, coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development of their team members.
  • They will also demonstrate sound engineering principles by contributing code themselves.
  • Additionally, they will plan and manage progress on agreed goals and projects, set and manage expectations with other teams, and coordinate with stakeholders or customers.

Bonus points for having graduated with a degree in Computer Science, having experience with software automation, being organized, and wanting their team to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable about Large-Scale, Multi-Cloud Operations
