About the Role:
This full-time position involves working closely with clients to understand their skin concerns and needs. You will provide tailored skincare recommendations, perform various treatments, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients warmly and ensure a smooth treatment experience
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs and make personalized recommendations
• Perform facials, massages, and other treatments as prescribed by clients' requirements
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment plans
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote cross-selling opportunities and enhance overall client satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest skincare techniques and products

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a related field (skincare, beauty therapy, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of skincare principles, product chemistry, and relevant industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
