We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Specialist to join our team. As a Tax Specialist, you will play a key role in the company's tax compliance and planning efforts, ensuring we meet all our tax obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and filing local tax returns, including income, sales and property tax
- Conducting tax planning and research to identify potential savings and optimise our tax position
- Analysing financial data and transactions to determine the appropriate tax treatment
You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and advising us accordingly. You will also collaborate with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
Requirements:
- Relevant university degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 2-3 years' experience in a tax accounting or tax advisory role, preferably within the Accounting industry
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international tax laws and regulations
