Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Customer Service Learning Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our clients and their employees. You will work closely with our account managers and subject matter experts to develop training content and deliver training sessions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees.
  • Prepare and present training materials, using various instructional techniques and formats.
  • Develop and maintain training procedure manuals, training content, and guides.
  • Analyze trainees' voice and accent/soft skills areas and share feedback with the hiring team.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a trainer.
  • Prior experience of working in Retail and/or Sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and people management skills.
