About the Role

ABSI is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure using platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy cloud infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our organization
  • Monitor cloud performance and ensure high availability and scalability of cloud resources
  • Oversee the deployment, management, and troubleshooting of applications in the cloud environment
  • Ensure seamless integration and performance of applications
  • Implement and manage security measures to protect cloud infrastructure and applications
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Lead the migration of on-premise systems to cloud platforms
  • Develop and execute migration strategies to minimize downtime and data loss
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize cloud costs
  • Monitor and manage cloud spending to stay within budget
  • Create and maintain automation scripts to streamline cloud operations
  • Use tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code (IaC)
  • Create and maintain documentation for cloud processes and tools
  • Provide training and support to team members and other stakeholders on cloud computing best practices
  • Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure smooth cloud operations
  • Provide technical support and guidance to resolve cloud-related issues
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Backup and recovery by performing regular backup on cloud or on-prem
  • Installation and configurations of systems, Setting up and configuring software and other type of applications or platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing and monitoring cloud environments, with in-depth knowledge of cloud architectures and services
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), networking, security, and application deployment
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in Google workspace, Jira, Creatio, LibreNMS and iTOP
  • Proficiency in managing various operating systems (Windows, Linux, Ubuntu, RHEL etc.)
