Cloud Transformation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our cloud transformation initiatives across enterprise clients.

About the Role
  • Lead and scale our Cloud & Data practice, defining service offerings, delivery methodologies, and governance models.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of cloud engineers, data architects, and platform migration specialists.
  • Develop reusable assets, frameworks, and IP to enable repeatable, high-quality delivery.
Project Delivery Expertise
  • Act as Delivery Lead for enterprise-level cloud and data initiatives—especially in greenfield environments with limited internal expertise.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from discovery and platform design to optimization and ongoing governance.
  • Ensure best practices in cloud-native modernization, data governance, and platform scalability.
  • Support local delivery teams and ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to execution.
Technical Leadership
  • Lead platform architecture and data solution design, providing strategic guidance on optimal technical approaches and implementation roadmaps.
  • Define end-to-end data modernization strategy: migration, transformation, integration, and governance.
  • Bring deep expertise across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and regional providers (e.g., Huawei Cloud).
  • Drive ETL pipeline design, data lake implementation, metadata management, and performance optimization.
Clients and Partners
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders—especially during pre-sales and solution scoping.
  • Conduct platform and architecture workshops, define MVPs, and co-develop roadmaps with clients.
  • Align closely with sales and pre-sales teams to translate business problems into executable technical solutions.

This role requires 10+ years in IT or consulting with a focus on data architecture, platform design, and cloud migration. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with data engineering, infrastructure, and cloud services.
