We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email and chat support.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, working in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills. You will be interacting with customers to resolve inquiries and complaints regarding clients' products and services, collaborating with internal and external teams to provide timely and professional solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for helping others, excellent listening and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment. We seek individuals who share our commitment to delivering world-class customer service and are eager to take on new challenges.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat support in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers while ensuring empathy, courtesy and professionalism throughout all interactions.
- Track and resolve issues, documenting them properly to ensure seamless resolution and follow-up.
- Evaluate and escalate issues as necessary to meet customer expectations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and implement changes where possible.
- Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge with the external team to provide expert advice and support.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.

- Ability to adapt to rotating shifts.
Applicants should have 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience (email and chat support), basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office, excellent reading comprehension, verbal and written communication skills and an aptitude to learn new technology, systems and applications quickly.
