Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Manager to join our team at Recruiter PH. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for creating and enhancing standard reporting capabilities to meet the evolving needs of Finance and its customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to design and implement data visualization solutions using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage Application Releases and Integrated Release testing to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
  • Analyze and design enhancements to business processes, ensuring data accuracy and meeting business needs.
  • Act as a liaison between Technology teams, Process teams, and Business Data Architecture team to resolve issues and prioritize support items.
  • Manage security-related issues and coordinate with myAccess and technology capability teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Closely collaborate with other Process teams and upstream applications to ensure coordination and data accuracy across solutions.
  • Manage the Mid-Month and Month-End Close process, resolving issues and supporting communications.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in analytics, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience with SAP business reporting and data visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in Python or R is preferred.
