Overview

We are looking for a skilled US Bookkeeper to join our team at Global Staff Connections Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial support: Assist with financial tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate records: Ensure that all financial records are up-to-date and accurately reflected in our systems
  • Analyze financial data: Identify trends and areas for improvement in our financial performance
  • Communicate effectively: Provide regular updates to management and other stakeholders on financial performance and issues

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of Accounting or any relevant degree
  • Experience: 2-7 years of relevant experience
  • Skills: Proficient skills in QuickBooks, Netsuite, Xero, and/or Sage; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail; Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
