Job Overview

The role of a People Operations Coordinator revolves around delivering an exceptional employee experience, providing support and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes. This position plays a vital part in the organization's success by driving initiatives that foster growth, adoption, and constant motion.

Responsibilities

Employee Support

  • Work collaboratively with the People team to provide empathic and customer-centric experiences for all employees.
  • Respond to employee inquiries, deliver high-level customer service, and explore opportunities to innovate and enhance People Operations.

HR Administration

  • Assist with the entire employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • This role will be part of a global team spanning multiple locations, specifically responsible for delivering new hire orientation and onboarding sessions.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR correspondence.
  • Manage employee data, ensuring accuracy and integrity, and meeting employee experience requirements (e.g., referral payments, sign-on bonuses).

Systems, Automation & Reporting

  • Implement rigorous quality assurance processes for all data entry tasks.
  • Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Own the People Confluence space and HR Google Drive, keeping documents up-to-date and accurate.
  • Maintain the People Ops playbook with documented processes and links.
  • Lattice administration including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, and Impact Conversations via Updates.
  • Report on people initiatives as required, including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, and Impact Conversations.

Employee Relations

  • Zendesk triage with a 24-hour response time across tickets.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
