Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced professional who can source, screen, and interview potential candidates to fill open roles within the company. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a candidate database, producing daily reports, and processing new hire paperwork, including background checks and references.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and screening potential candidates through job postings and other recruitment channels
• Conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role
• Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
• Producing daily reports on recruitment progress and outcomes
• Processing new hire paperwork, including background checks and references

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from any 4-year course
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to work at Milagrosa, Calamba Laguna
