About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Architect to lead our team in delivering high-quality cloud infrastructure solutions. As a key member of our IT department, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  2. Collaborate with the engineering team to configure and monitor Azure services, including virtual machines, AKS, Managed SQL Instances, and Logic Apps.
  3. Implement and support cloud network and security services, including Azure Firewall, Network Security Groups, Azure Private Networking, DNS, Application Gateway, and Azure Front Door.
  4. Contribute to disaster recovery planning and ensure environment backups complete successfully.
  5. Administer and support M365 collaboration and productivity tools, including Exchange, Teams, Teams Telephony, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  6. Configure and support Cisco network hardware, Microsoft's Power Platform, and email APIs, such as SendGrid.
  7. Respond to security alerts to eradicate threats within the environment; investigate and respond to email phishing alert reports and quarantine release requests.
  8. Remediate vulnerability findings and continuously evaluate security posture against best practices.
  9. Onboard and offboard user accounts and application authentication using EntraID, performing regular access audits.
  10. Lead and contribute to various infrastructure improvement projects and initiatives.
  11. Provision new environments after performing the appropriate research and due diligence required to ensure compliance with security, performance, and governance standards.
  12. Monitor infrastructure services to identify and resolve issues, outages, and poor performance.
  13. Participate in on-call rotation and perform off-hours support and maintenance as required.
  14. Contribute to and maintain technical and procedural documentation and runbooks and system architectural diagrams.
  15. Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our infrastructure remains up to date.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned.
