Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and distribute documents, contracts, leases, and other real estate-related paperwork
  2. Coordinate the listing process for new properties, including gathering necessary information, photos, and documents
  3. Coordinate property showings and open houses, including managing appointments and communicating with clients and potential buyers
  4. Assist real estate agents and brokers with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing calendars
  5. Manage client's CRM (Customer Relationship Management Tool), databases, and keep records up-to-date
  6. Conduct research on real estate market trends, properties, and competitors
  7. Assist with financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports
  8. Provide general administrative support to the real estate team as needed
