Job Title: Singer Sales Promodiser

We are seeking a talented and charismatic Sales Promodiser to join our team at The Astra Group Inc. as a Sales Associate for our MagicSing Videoke Microphone products at SM branches.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for music, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with customers effectively. As a Sales Promodiser, you will be responsible for demonstrating the features and benefits of our MagicSing Videoke Microphone products, assisting customers in making informed purchase decisions, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and requirements.
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of our MagicSing Videoke Microphone products.
  • Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions and upsell where appropriate.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Exhibit trustworthiness, accountability, and a goal-driven mindset.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Sales Promodiser is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Passionate about music and has a talent in singing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy, accountable, and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • At least a secondary/senior high school graduate is required; college-level education is a plus.
What We Offer:
  • Full-time employment with a competitive salary of Php16,000.00 per month.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 13th month salary, commission pay, overtime pay, and performance bonus.
