Responsibilities- Design and develop new recruiting procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.
- Research and recommend job advertising options to ensure maximum visibility.
- Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment tools.
