Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting and maintaining ocean and inland rate information in our Rate Builder application. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Interpreting rate structures and converting/maintaining rate information in our applications.
  2. Converting/maintaining surcharges.
  3. Ensuring the quality of rate information.
  4. Providing expert support as an application domain specialist.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in rate management or a related field.
  2. Strong analytical, clerical, and organizational skills.
  3. Advanced math skills (Algebra).
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  7. Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
