Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Client Engagement Officer to join our team at Security Bank Corporation. As a key member of our Business Banking division, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to drive sales, deliver portfolio actions, and ensure compliance with internal requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales – Conduct proactive outbound calling to existing customers to introduce and promote full Business Banking product and service suite.
- Customer Engagement – Engage with Business Banking clients to build relationships, verify contact details, gather market intelligence, and create sales opportunities.
- Market Intelligence – Gather market trends or client insights (e.g. wallet sizing) during outbound calls.
- Service Excellence – Resolve service issues identified through customer engagement by raising incident tickets and monitoring until closure.
- Anti Attrition / Win Back – Reactivate existing or win-back past clients through regular service calls.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, Marketing, or other related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of banking and financial products, especially loans, is an advantage.
