We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in marketing support, who is comfortable learning new platforms and can efficiently coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to understand and transition current tasks and ongoing projects
  • Provide day-to-day marketing support, ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities
  • Manage and operate various digital platforms and tools
  • Assist with title and real estate-related marketing tasks (industry expertise not required, but familiarity is a plus)
  • Support the marketing team with administrative duties, campaign coordination, and communication with vendors and clients
  • Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in marketing support or a related administrative role
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and tools is highly desirable
  • Understanding of the title and real estate industry preferred, but not required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently
