Financial Collector

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections and maintaining accurate financial records.

• This individual will be responsible for utilizing accounting software to track payment records, handle incoming payments, and reconcile accounts.
• They will also be in charge of contacting clients to follow up on overdue invoices and resolving any payment disputes.
• A key aspect of this role is preparing and issuing invoices, credit memos, and account statements.
• The successful candidate will generate and analyze reports related to accounts receivable and collection efforts.
• Additionally, they will assist in improving collection processes and implementing effective techniques.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections.
• Expertise in QuickBooks is required.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
