Healthcare Professional

As a key member of our team at John Clements Recruitment Inc., the Healthcare Professional will be responsible for providing emergency treatment in the workplace. This role involves monitoring and recording employee health status and maintaining accurate medical records. Additionally, the successful candidate will administer over-the-counter medication to employees and develop and implement health and safety programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and be a nursing board exam passer with a valid PRC license. They must be willing to be assigned to a manufacturing set-up and be part of our overall health-related company programs. The selected candidate will also have knowledge about and be willing to handle other HR-related tasks. They must be willing to render a shifting schedule and start as soon as possible. The following additional allowances will be provided:

• Licensure - P2,000 (for PRC license only)

• Safety Officer Allowance - P4,000

• Technician Allowance: Technician (1-4yrs experience) - P300, Sr. Technician (5 yrs-above) - P600

The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 7:30 - 17:30, with shuttle service pick-up points. The company offers SL, VL, other leaves, bonus, performance evaluation salary increase, HMO, and service award, perfect attendance award.
