Our company, a renowned Japanese manufacturer of high-quality appliances, is seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join our team in Quezon City.

Job Description
  • Provide exceptional client service by receiving, recording, and prioritizing client requests, ensuring prompt assignment to the proper service teams, and tracking progress to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly and politely to their inquiries, updating them on the status of their service requests, and proactively resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports for analysis and compliance purposes, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process enhancements.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder with 1-2 years of experience in warranty claim processing in a manufacturing or service industry setting.
  • Willingness to work in Quezon City and availability for interviews.
  • Ability to start immediately.
