Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Tax Preparer. As a key member of our tax department, you will be responsible for assisting our Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in preparing and reviewing tax returns for our clients. Your expertise in tax law and regulations will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant tax authorities.

This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to gain direct experience working with our CPA and contributing to the success of our clients' businesses. If you have a passion for tax preparation and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A PTIN or ability to obtain prior to tax season
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience with Federal and State income tax returns, including form 1120/5472 for non-US residents and form 1065 for partnerships
  • Familiarity with tax software and tools, such as Intuit products
