**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing premium environments and possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing beverage costs and driving revenue growth.
  • Cost Control: Maintain beverage cost percentages within predefined limits through efficient inventory management and pricing strategies.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Achieve high guest satisfaction scores by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Staff Performance: Foster a high-performing team by promoting engagement, providing training and development opportunities, and recognizing individual contributions.
  • Operational Efficiency: Minimize waste and maintain accurate stock management through regular audits and inventory controls.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role in a premium environment.
  • Cocktail Knowledge: Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar management systems.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • KPI-Driven: Pro-active and KPI-driven with a demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours including graveyard shift, weekends, and holidays.
