As a Client Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing superior customer service by being proactive in meeting customer needs. This includes receiving telephone calls from customers, assessing their needs and addressing issues in a timely manner. You'll also work on concurrent chat sessions, use online systems to gather information and resolve issues, and track customer requests.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need a minimum of 1 year of call center experience (inbound), previous related BPO work experience in Healthcare/Insurance (preferred) and fluency in English speaking and writing. You'll also need excellent written communication skills, the ability to handle multiple chats concurrently and strong problem-solving skills.
