Expert Embedded Systems Leader

We are looking for a highly skilled technical professional to lead the development of our ESP32-based solutions.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and overseeing the full development lifecycle of our ESP32-based solutions.
  • They will design, implement, and optimize embedded firmware using C and C++ tailored for performance and reliability.
  • Additionally, they will define technical specifications, project scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
  • Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing with ESP32 microcontrollers or equivalent embedded hardware platforms.
  • They should possess solid expertise in C and C++ programming for firmware, with a focus on efficiency and reliability in embedded systems.
  • Familiarity with communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth for device interfacing is essential.
  • A proven track record of leadership experience overseeing cross-functional teams and delivering end-to-end IoT or software projects is required.
  • Our ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, debugging tools, and modern development environments.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in developing with ESP32 microcontrollers or equivalent embedded hardware platforms.
  • Strong expertise in C and C++ programming for firmware, with a focus on efficiency and reliability in embedded systems.
  • Solid understanding of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth for device interfacing.
  • Familiarity with RTOS, multitasking, and resource-constrained environments in embedded systems development.
  • Proven leadership experience overseeing cross-functional teams and delivering end-to-end IoT or software projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, debugging tools, and modern development environments.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and resolve technical challenges.
  • Capacity to balance hands-on technical contributions with project management and strategic oversight.
