The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurate and Timely Payroll Processing - ensuring that all employees receive their pay on time and accurately.
  • Data Entry and Validation - entering and validating employee data in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Compliance with Laws and Regulations - ensuring that all payroll processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Employee Payroll Inquiries - responding to employee inquiries regarding their pay and benefits.
  • Deductions and Adjustments - making deductions and adjustments as necessary.
  • Attendance and Timekeeping Reconciliation - reconciling attendance and timekeeping records.
  • Payroll Reporting - preparing and submitting payroll reports as required.
  • Maintain Confidentiality - maintaining the confidentiality of all employee information.
  • Continuous Improvement - continuously improving payroll processes and procedures.

    We offer a competitive salary of PHP 35,000 - PHP 50,000 per month, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including HMO, 13th month pay, paid leave credits, awards and recognitions, and two consecutive days off.

    To be considered for this role, you must have:

    • A graduate degree from any 4-year course.
    • At least 6 months related work experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
