Data Entry Coordinator

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field and have relevant internship experience. Fresh graduates with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Insert customer and account data into computer systems by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within set time limits.
• Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any inconsistencies if possible, and check output quality.
• Research and obtain additional information for incomplete documents as needed.
• Apply data program techniques and procedures to ensure accurate data entry.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations as required.
• Scan documents and print files when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and respond to queries for access to relevant files.
• Ensure adherence to data integrity and security policies and proper use of office equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and its formulas.
- Experience in data extraction and knowledge of Control M and Move it are essential requirements.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
