Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to support our clients. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, servers, networks, and software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, network devices, and software applications.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform regular backups, data integrity checks, and disaster recovery measures to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in line with industry-specific compliance and security standards.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in CISCO Unified Communications Manager.
  • Additionally, experience in desktop and network environments.
  • Preferably an all-round IT administrator.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
