Philippine Geoanalytics, Inc. is looking for an individual to fill the role of Financial Operations Associate.

The primary responsibility of this position will be to assist in the preparation of requirements for periodical payroll and handling government remittances.

We are a dynamic organization seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Financial Operations Associate. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our administration head to prepare vouchers and checks, consolidate monthly sales reports, and perform other administrative tasks related to accounting.

Job Description

Assist in preparing requirements for periodical payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Handle government remittances, including payment to Social Security System (SSS), Philhealth, and Pag-ibig.

Consolidate all monthly sales reports based on collection receipts for submission to the administration head.

Prepare vouchers and checks upon instruction from the administration head.

Perform other administrative tasks related to accounting and finance as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills.

You should also have proficiency in computers and bookkeeping software, as well as strong typing skills.

Familiarity with basic accounting principles is essential, along with a commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
