We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Specialist to join our Operational Excellence team at MBPS. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders to navigate organizational transformations, assessing stakeholder change impact and helping formulate the change management plan.

This role involves working closely with the Change Management Lead to develop tailored change management plans, craft communication plans, and facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful adoption of new processes, technologies, or structures.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in change management software and tools, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand their change goals and challenges.
  • Help assess the impact of planned changes and identify potential risks or resistance factors.
  • Develop and implement tailored change management plans to support successful transitions.

Accountabilities:

  • Successful implementation of change management plans for assigned projects.
  • Deliver clear and effective communication strategies for assigned projects.
  • Partner with stakeholders to achieve their desired business outcomes through successful change initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in change management consulting or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Change Management training from Prosci, CCMP or similar institutions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in change management software and tools.
