We are seeking a detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to manage the front office workflow of our growing physical therapy clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring patients receive excellent support and a welcoming experience from their first interaction through ongoing care.

This is a remote position where you will have direct impact on patient experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and SMS patient inquiries in a professional and polite manner.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-ups, and referrals in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process intake forms and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our electronic medical record system.
  • Verify insurance coverage and coordinate with our billing staff as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Support front desk workflow, including reminders, forms, and general inquiries.
Requirements
  • 1+ year experience in healthcare administration, receptionist, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with U.S. insurance verification workflows is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
Preferred Skills
  • U.S. business hours (Pacific Time) are preferred but not required.
