Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in search engines
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights
  • Mentor and support junior team members as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in SEO with a focus on organic strategies
  • Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and enhancing search engine rankings
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules or onsite requirements
