About the Job

We are seeking a Geographical Expansion Representative to join our team and contribute to the success of our manufacturing partner in industrial Trade & Converting (Distribution). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding customer base, and developing strategic partnerships to achieve business objectives.

  1. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise to build relationships with key clients and optimize sales strategies.
  2. Your role involves collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives, including the design of tailored customer solutions.
  3. Effective management of customer expectations and satisfaction is crucial to driving repeat business and referrals.
  4. You will also play a key role in monitoring and analyzing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven decisions to enhance overall sales efficacy.
  5. Additionally, you may be tasked with representing the company at industry events and conferences to promote products and services.

Requirements

  • A minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Chemistry, Engineering, or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • At least 1-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated individual.
