Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, the successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements.

  • Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements with cross-functional teams.
  • Support creation and maintenance of process flows, business models, and system documentation.
  • Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements.
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies in business processes.
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile projects.
  • Assist in developing test plans and participating in user acceptance testing.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, including internships or entry-level positions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis tools like Excel or SQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
