The Senior Quality Assurance Manager conducts quality assurance audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes. This role involves reviewing financial statements, analyzing accounting records, and identifying areas for improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Review financial statements and accounting records to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement recommendations for process improvements.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of quality assurance recommendations.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Essential Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance auditing and/or external auditing.
CPA certification is a must.
