Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager – TikTok Shop to develop our business with advertisers and their agencies – for the TikTok Business Unit.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing, monitoring, and optimizing TikTok Shop Ad campaigns to meet performance goals.

The role requires gathering campaign assets, setting up campaigns, and managing creative approvals, as well as analyzing campaign performance data and implementing real-time strategies to improve key metrics.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign and creative deliveries, serve as a point of contact for advertisers and internal team, and generate end-of-campaign performance reports.

The E-commerce Operations Manager – TikTok Shop will report to the Business Head – TikTok in The Philippines and will be based in our office in Manila.

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or their agencies.
  • Experience with e-commerce marketing platforms, especially TikTok Shop, is a plus.
  • Be comfortable making decisions and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment, be results-driven, and have an ability to absorb complex concepts and communicate them clearly.
  • Proven track record of translating marketing objectives into results for advertisers.
  • Demonstrated experience effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues.
  • Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a strong understanding of digital marketplace and understanding of the competitive landscape in which we operate.
  • BA / BS degree. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for this position.
