Supervisor of Food Service Operations

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Suyen Corporation. As a key member of our food service operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Aid in the recruitment and training of new hires, focusing on developing their skills and confidence to deliver seamless service.
- Oversee staff activities, ensuring effective front and back of house operations that meet high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Maintain high-quality food standards by overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring compliance with health codes.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost sales through promotions and launching new items, staying ahead of demand for kitchen goods, supplies, and cleaning materials.
- Address client complaints promptly and resolve issues effectively, while maintaining a positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- Graduate of a 4-year course
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership potential and computer literacy
- Demonstrated teamwork, people skills, initiative, adaptability, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capacity
- Ability to work around NCR and flexibility to start immediately
