Lead a Team to Success

We're seeking an exceptional strategic technology leader to spearhead our clients' GTM infrastructure development and optimization. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly skilled professional who can harmoniously develop strategies and execute system-level solutions.

Core Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals, sales, marketing strategies, and operational needs.
  • Translate high-level objectives into technical requirements and actionable implementation plans.
System Design & Architecture
  • Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce to align with client-specific processes.
  • Implement and manage key integrations with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, and CPQ platforms.
  • Develop scalable solutions for lead lifecycle management, opportunity tracking, ABM, and customer success workflows.
Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and design streamlined, scalable workflows.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, process maps, and training materials to support user adoption.
Data Strategy & Reporting
  • Establish Salesforce as a single source of truth for revenue data across the tech stack.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure clean data capture, proper attribution, and reliable reporting structures across systems.
Client Enablement & Support
  • Provide training and enablement to client teams to ensure effective use and adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering guidance on system governance, best practices, and change management.

This is a remote opportunity that requires strong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of revenue operations.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets, proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/reporting tools, excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
