Job Overview

The Rotaflex Construction and Development Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Cost Control Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for ensuring that all project expenditures are aligned with the approved budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor project cash flow and total site production
- Record operating and site production costs, including purchase orders, work orders, petty cash, payrolls, and other fees
- Assist in the reconciliation of quantities using Purchase Orders Records to ensure alignment with the operation team's records
- Prepare monthly cost control reports
- Control all project expenditures based on the approved budget

Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or Accounting
- At least 2 years of working experience as a Cost Engineer (licensed preferred)
- Experience in mid-rise or high-rise building construction an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications and AutoCAD
