Senior Power BI Developer & Microsoft SME

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer to lead the design and optimization of our reporting and data consumption layer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership in designing and optimizing the reporting and data consumption layer of a large-scale enterprise data platform.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to develop scalable, high-performance dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Guide best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly in the use of Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and Snowflake as the central data platform.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and advanced visualizations.
  • Strong expertise in Azure Data Services, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, and other cloud-based data integration tools.
  • Practical knowledge of SSIS for ETL processes and experience integrating diverse data sources such as SAP and Salesforce.
  • Solid understanding of Snowflake is a strong advantage, especially in a hybrid Microsoft–Snowflake environment.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor on Microsoft technologies, supporting decision-making and implementation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Power BI, Azure Data Services, and Microsoft technologies, and be able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
