Job Summary

We are seeking a senior civil design professional to deliver strong technical drafting expertise and a collaborative mindset in support of civil infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of detailed civil design packages for infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure that drawings incorporate all design features and meet project requirements.
  • Contribute design modifications to improve the quality and functionality of designs.
  • Coordinate with engineers, technical leads, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of design documentation.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to develop site grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway designs.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.
  • Participate in client meetings and provide technical input as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects using AutoCAD and Civil 3D software, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to collaborative design reviews.
  • Prior involvement in Australian infrastructure or land development projects is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with BIM workflows and tools such as Navisworks, ProjectWise, or Revit is a plus.
