Software Engineer Position

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality frontend features.

This role involves working closely with our lead developer to implement features based on clear specifications and requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent coding skills, and a proven track record of delivering features that meet or exceed expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Implement frontend features using React.js and JavaScript based on provided specifications
  • Follow established coding conventions and patterns
  • Conduct thorough manual QA and testing of implemented features
  • Read and understand detailed requirements, asking clarifying questions when needed
  • Collaborate with the lead engineer to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to our engineering standards
  • Participate in code reviews to improve code quality and consistency
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues methodically and thoroughly
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with JavaScript and React.js
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality
  • Excellent ability to follow established coding styles and conventions
  • Proven track record of implementing features based on written requirements and specifications
  • Experience with manual QA and testing methodologies
  • Strong reading comprehension and ability to ask clarifying questions
  • Self-motivated and effective in a remote-work environment
