Contact Center Operations Supervisor Job Description:
Tasq Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Team Leader to supervise the day-to-day operations of our contact center. As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee the execution of processes, drive performance, and ensure excellent quality and productivity across channels.

About the Role:
This role requires a leader who can motivate and inspire their team to deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for identifying and growing talent, leading, motivating, and coaching direct reports to establish and develop an effective team. You will also manage day-to-day operations, ensure consistent quality and productivity, and adjust messaging to different target audiences.

Your Responsibilities:
- Execute process and drive performance
- Utilize key dashboards and call activity reporting
- Coach, shadow, and support agents directly
- Identify and grow talent
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Ensure consistent quality and productivity

Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of experience in managing teams for contact center services
- 2-4 years of overall experience
- College Graduate or College Undergraduate (at least 2nd year completed units)
- Experience and knowledge in people management
- Basic PC knowledge and typing skills
- Strong communication and selling skills
- Ability to cope with stressful situations
- Microsoft office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Bonus Points:
Hospitality industry customer care experience is a plus. Amenable to working on night shifts.
