Content Specialist Role

Develop and optimize content to support sales initiatives by collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

  • Create, edit, and maintain sales content such as decks, proposals, case studies, one-pagers, brochures, email templates, and pitch materials in close cooperation with the sales team.
  • Design visually compelling and brand-aligned content to drive engagement, enhance customer journeys, and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Develop customized content tailored to different industries, customer personas, and stages of the sales funnel.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all sales materials are aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical information into compelling narratives.
  • Support the continuous improvement of the sales content library, ensuring easy access, version control, and relevance.
  • Analyze performance through feedback and data insights, and recommend improvements.


Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in content creation, sales enablement, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with additional languages being a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
