**Job Responsibilities:**

The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for:

  1. Leading high-rise engineering projects from conception to completion;
  2. Managing a team of structural engineers, graduate engineers, and draftspersons;
  3. Developing and implementing quality assurance procedures;
  4. Maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry developments and advancements.

**Requirements:)

  1. Bachelor of Engineering, in Civil/Structural;
  2. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in design and documentation of building structural engineering projects;
  3. Competent and very familiar with relevant Australian Standards;
  4. Problem-solving and decision-making skills;
  5. Demonstrated understanding of structural engineering codes, construction standards, specs, procedures, and construction techniques;
  6. Critically reviewing design drawings and documentation.
