Animator Role

MEDDICC is a leading provider of sales frameworks for technology companies. We are seeking a skilled Animator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and animating motion graphics, translating scripts into engaging animations, and collaborating with producers and content writers to align visuals with strategic goals.

  • Design and animate motion graphics for use in YouTube shows, video series, social content, and educational materials
  • Translate scripts, storyboards, and verbal briefs into engaging animations
  • Collaborate closely with producers, editors, content writers, and creative leads to align visuals with strategic goals

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of animation and motion design experience, strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and an eye for detail and design.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering polished, professional animations that reflect MEDDICC's tone: bold, clear, energetic, and trusted
  • Evolving the MEDDICC brand visually, helping shape our creative identity across YouTube, social, and internal media
  • Building a strong motion design system: using reusable templates and assets to ensure consistency and speed
Requirements
  • 3+ years of animation and motion design experience
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Eye for detail and design
